I haven't written in FOREVER!!
And, instead of putting up a million pictures to help with an update, I'll just write.
Mallorie is now 15 months old. She is walking, babbling, and getting in to everything. She's a wonderful naughty child!!! =)
Brandon was offered a job in Corpus Christi, Texas at the Flour Bluff Independent School District as their Food Service Coordinator. He loves his job and he has a wonderful boss. It is so wonderful to finally see and hear of him getting praise from his boss. She told him on his first week there, "I definitely picked the right person for this job!" I love his new job as well. He works 8 hours a day, and then he's home. No more having to run to work if they can't handle it. When school is out. He is out. I get my husband!!! IT. IS. WONDERFUL!
As for me, I was able to stop working in March, just a few weeks before Mallorie's birthday, and it has been wonderful. She suffered from so many viruses while in day care, which is totally normal, but hard for this mommy!!! Since getting day care out of her system (which took almost 3 weeks) she hasn't been sick once! Not even a fever!!! It has been wonderful. I love being a mom, and I love even more getting to spend my days with such an amazing little girl.
Brandon and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary the day before we moved to C.C. and we can't believe it's been two years. I feel like it was just yesterday that I saw this hunky guy standing in a softball field!
We are doing well, and loving life. We have met a very nice couple down in C.C. that we have become friends with, which makes things just that much better there!
Brandon's parents are serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Nauvoo, Illinois. We love getting letters and pictures from them, and are jealous of their many adventures. We are hoping to see them before the year is up, but we're also taking life in stride. So...NO PROMISES! =)
My parents are still in San Antonio. They are both working, but my mom is hoping to quit at the end of December. She says all next year she just wants to travel to see new grandbabies?!?! PRESSURES ON I GUESS?!?!?! =/
That's a little diddy about us. I will try to be better about staying on top of things, but once again, no promises. I have a very active baby girl, and a new home and environment that I'm still getting used to.
Ta Ta For Now!
